Review by wirehair : Serves it's purpose

I am a dog groomer and purchased this cabinet to keep all of my tools at hand. It is very cheap and thin sided. Feels pretty flimsy. I don't have any heavy things, just clippers, shears, blades, brushes etc., so it serves it's purpose just fine. I would not recommend this tool cabinet for any heavy tools or equiptment. But for me it works.

Attractive steel cabinet, drawers slide easily and a great price. Not sure what else to add. I thought it would be a lot cheaper feeling, but it is nice and sturdy.

I really liked that I received my order within two days of ordering it -- perfect service. It was a surprise for my brother. I like the height and the fact that it has the wheels to move it around and also that the wheels have a lock on them so that when I Don't want it to move, it stays stationary. BTW my brother was very surprised and very happy with his new "toy" he immediately put the wheels onto it and filled it up with his tools. He may get another one for the rest of his tools later on.

It is amazing how people will whine and complain about something being "flimsy", "cheaply made", "easily dented" and other blatherings about a product that has a price tag under $150.00 dollars! If you want heavy gauge, ceramic coated, seal bearing wheels then prepare to shell out $500 dollars and upwards of $2000 for a truly professional grade piece of hardware. If not, then stop the complaining - for the price this Chest will easily hold your electric drill, your collage of mismatched socket sets, hammers, saw, tape measure, screw driver, phillips, and three rolls of duct tape! <eyes rolling>

After I built my new Garage this past summer I decided to get an other rolling tool chest to help hold the rest of my tools that seem to be adding up as I find place for them . I did not want to pay too much for a new chest and could not find any used ones . so I found this model on amazon for a great price . good enough for a back yard mechanic like me !.

I purchased this for my father for Christmas and I am very happy that I did. He has been needing a tool chest for quite some time, the only tool chest he has is from the previous owner of the house (we moved in 16 years ago). Needless to say the tool chest is very ratty and rusted. I searched for quite some time and found a very nice excel roller chest. I knew he would love it! I received my package very quickly, and it was a bit nerve wracking because I didn't want to open it and take everything out because I was just going to wrap it in the box and give it to my father. I never even got to check on the product to make sure it wasn't damaged, but Christmas morning it was in perfect condition. The packaging kept it from banging around; they had Styrofoam on the top and bottom to keep the tool chest securely in place, and a metal bar that was placed vertically in front of the drawers to keep them from opening. My father LOVED it and the only assembly was putting the wheels on which was fast and easy (I did it for him!). The only thing I did differently was put the wheel locks in front instead of on one side (like the instructions said) in order to make them readily available in the garage where it will be located. Overall you cannot beat the price for such a nice product, plus it's twice the size of anything you can find in stores for this price and it has wheels!.
